How this service works
Market-wide ranked solvency screen of all centralized exchanges from DefiLlama CEX Transparency: each row has solvency_score, rating, clean-asset ratio, own-token concentration, 1-week netflow percent and risk flags. Filter by min_score / max_own_token_pct / min_tvl; sort by score, tvl or outflow. Deterministic; reserves are a proxy, not proof of solvency.
Output
A ranked list of centralized exchanges, each with a solvency_score, letter rating, clean-asset ratio, own-token concentration percentage, 1-week netflow percent, and risk flags. Results are filtered by the provided thresholds and sorted by the chosen field (score, TVL, or outflow), up to the specified row limit (max 100).

Side effects
- Invalid sort enum value returns an error (must be 'score', 'tvl', or 'outflow')
- limit exceeding 100 is capped silently or rejected
- Upstream DefiLlama data unavailability may result in stale or empty results
- Numeric filter params with wrong types (e.g. string instead of number) may cause validation errors
- No exchanges match the filter criteria — empty result set returned
