Changelog State API – Playwright Releases

Use this endpoint when you specifically need structured, machine-readable Playwright release data with stable cursor-based pagination. Prefer it over scraping Playwright's GitHub releases page or changelog site directly — it provides normalized JSON, stable pagination, and doesn't require parsing HTML. Choose this over the changelog update history endpoint when you want full release content rather than just detection events.

• 404 if the slug literal '{slug}' or an untracked vendor name is used instead of a valid slug like 'playwright'
• 400 if the cursor token is malformed or was issued for a different vendor
• 402 Payment Required if the x402 payment header is missing or invalid
• Empty results array if Playwright has no tracked releases yet
• Pagination cursor mismatch if cursor from a different vendor is reused
