Use this endpoint when you need the raw detected-change event log for a specific vendor — especially when you want to filter by a specific change type (e.g. only breaking signals or version bumps) or restrict to a recent time window. Prefer this over the structured releases endpoint when you need audit-trail style history of what the monitoring system detected and when, rather than just the latest release summary.
Side effects
- Invalid or unknown vendor slug returns 404 or empty result set
- Malformed since timestamp (non-ISO 8601) causes 400 validation error
- Limit value outside 1–200 range returns validation error
- Unsupported change type enum value returns 400 bad request
- Payment not processed (x402) results in 402 Payment Required before data is returned
- Vendor slug with no recorded history returns empty array
