Retries up to 3 times; check status with the id. Also callable as GET with the same fields as query parameters.
Output
Returns a schedule ID and confirmation of the scheduled callback, including the target URL, scheduled time, and method. When checking status by ID, returns the current state (pending, fired, failed), retry count, and execution details.
