Output
A JSON object containing the applied filters (condition, sponsor, intervention, days window), retrieval timestamp, total matching study count, a page of study records (each with NCT ID, title, status, phases, interventions, sponsor, enrollment, start/completion dates), a next_page_token for pagination, source attribution to ClinicalTrials.gov, and an interpretation caveat. Returns a note field when the window is empty.

Side effects
