Cloud World Model Hybrid Simulation Step

Use this endpoint when you need to advance a specific cloud simulation using the hybrid engine, especially when you want fine-grained control over the number of timesteps (1–500) or need to inject custom hybrid engine configuration overrides. Prefer this over the RL training step endpoint when the simulation is not a standard RL environment but a hybrid cloud world model.

• Invalid simulation ID returns 404 not found
• Steps value out of range (less than 1 or greater than 500) returns 400 bad request
• Invalid or malformed config overrides return 400 bad request
• Expired or missing payment/auth token returns 402 payment required
• Simulation already terminated or in error state may return 409 or 500
