Side effects
- Private, loopback, link-local, or cloud-metadata target URLs are rejected with HTTP 400 before payment
- Domain does not exist or has no records of the requested type — returns empty or NXDOMAIN result
- Malformed URL input returns a 400 validation error
- DNS resolution timeout if the authoritative nameserver is unresponsive
- Unsupported record type outside the allowed enum rejected at validation
