It is the right choice when you need to detect what has changed across all intelligence domains since the last decision, need a new cryptographically signed receipt for audit or contractual purposes, or need to reissue a passport for a company whose prior one has expired. It is a flat-price full recomputation — not a delta or incremental check — so use it when completeness and a signed artifact matter more than speed.
Side effects
- Invalid or unrecognized CNPJ format returns a validation error
- Prior passport or subject ID not found returns a not-found error
- Upstream Brazilian registry or sanctions data sources temporarily unavailable causes a computation failure
