Side effects
- No documents returned if term or agency slug is misspelled or too narrow
- Agency slug must match Federal Register's exact slug format or filter is ignored
- Date range filters accept ISO dates only; malformed dates may return defaults or errors
- Payment required (x402) — missing or invalid payment header returns 402
- Result set capped at 100; pagination not supported in single call
- Very recent documents may not yet be indexed
