How this service works
We measure how AI systems behave against frozen, published tests and publish checkable evidence. Issued measurement cards are signed; unsigned supporting runs are labelled. Read the live board and corrections ledger.
Output
Returns a JSON discovery card including: the subject identity (xrpl:OUSG with aliases), URLs to signed evidence, DORA bundle, and free preview, a measurement state indicator (SEE_LINKED_EVIDENCE), a boundary disclaimer clarifying this is measurement not certification, links to the live board and verification page, and a note that no charge was applied for this discovery resource.
Example use cases
Checking OUSG measurement evidence
“I need to verify whether Ondo Finance OUSG on XRPL has been independently measured — can you fetch the Council of AI discovery card and show me where to find the signed evidence and its current measurement state?”
Retrieving DORA compliance bundle
“Get me the DORA evidence bundle link for Ondo Finance OUSG from Council of AI so I can hand it off to our compliance team for review.”
Free preview before purchasing full evidence
“Before I commit to the full signed evidence report, can you grab the free preview for OUSG from Council of AI so I can see what the measurement covers?”

Endpoint
GEThttps://councilof.ai/api/discover/ondo-ousg?utm_source=zero.xyzWhen to prefer
Use this endpoint when you need to locate and link to independently measured, cryptographically signed assessment evidence for the Ondo Finance OUSG token on XRPL. Prefer this over generic token data APIs when the goal is compliance verification, DORA bundle retrieval, or auditable evidence of AI-measured behavior rather than price or market data.
Side effects
- Asset not found if subject ID is unrecognized
- Network timeout if councilof.ai is unreachable
- Response may return DISCOVERY_ONLY state with no linked evidence if measurements have not been published yet
- Signed evidence URLs may return 404 if evidence bundle has been retracted or not yet generated
