Side effects
- Job ID not found — returns 404 if the UUID does not correspond to an existing job
- Invalid UUID format — returns 400 if jobId is malformed
- Payment failure — returns 402 if USDC payment of $0.08 cannot be processed
- Job already has maximum credits — may return an error or cap the balance
- Service unavailable — returns 5xx if the Cloudflare Worker is down
