Returns a JSON object with: an array of major coins (BTC, ETH, SOL) each with Chainlink USD price, perpetual mark price, 24h change percentage, funding rate, and open interest; Fear & Greed Index (current value, classification, yesterday and week-ago comparisons); arrays of highest and lowest funding rate tokens; top 24h gainers and losers; Hyperliquid aggregate open interest totals; data sources list; and a read_at timestamp.

Side effects
- Upstream data sources temporarily unavailable — partial data returned with notes field explaining missing fields
- Fear & Greed Index may be null if the external source is down
- Funding rate or price data may be null for individual coins if provider is unresponsive
- Payment failure via x402 protocol if USDC balance is insufficient
