Returns posts [{id,url,text,author{handle,name,followers,verified},metrics{likes,reposts,replies,quotes},created_at,lang}] plus signal {top_claim (most-engaged post: the tip/claim), sentiment bullish|bearish|neutral with score, top_terms, cashtags, notable_handles, engagement}. Last 7 days, no retweets. 4xx/5xx not charged.
Output
Returns a list of up to 20 posts (each with id, URL, text, author handle/name/followers/verified status, likes/reposts/replies/quotes metrics, created_at, and language) plus a synthesized signal object containing: the top claim (most-engaged post text, URL, author), overall sentiment (bullish/bearish/neutral) with a numeric score, top terms, cashtags mentioned, notable handles, and aggregate engagement counts. Also includes a pagination token for next page and suggested sibling endpoint paths.

Side effects
