Prefer it over re-sealing watches or querying individual counterparties when you want lightweight, continuous monitoring with automatic token rotation for security.
Side effects
- Missing or invalid token query parameter returns an auth/token error
- Expired or already-rotated token returns an invalidation error
- No changes since last fingerprint returns an empty event set with a fresh rotated token
- Network timeout if waitSeconds exceeds server limit
- Malformed input schema (wrong HTTP method or missing required fields) returns a validation error
