A ranked list of DeFi yield pools ordered by APY descending, each entry including pool name, protocol, chain, current APY percentage, and TVL in USD. Returns up to the requested number of results (default 10, max 100), filtered by minimum TVL if specified.

Use the min_tvl parameter to filter out low-liquidity pools for safer comparisons.
Side effects
- DefiLlama API unavailable — upstream data source outage returns error or empty results
- Invalid limit parameter (outside 1-100 range) may return validation error
- min_tvl set extremely high may return zero results if no pools meet the threshold
