How this service works
Cross-asset market event intelligence for AI trading agents. Priced routes return HTTP 402 with x402 v2 payment requirements (USDC on Base) unless X-API-KEY is sent or the free trial header X-Free-Trial: 1 is present (100 calls/day/IP). Information and analytics only — not investment advice.
Output
A JSON object with a count, the since timestamp, and an array of events — each containing a unique id, kind (e.g. corp.8k), title, source tier, per-asset impact objects (with asset_id, direction, horizon, confidence, rationale), novelty and severity scores, event timestamp, and next market open time per impacted asset.

Choose this endpoint when you need a time-bounded sweep of all market-moving events across a broad multi-asset universe with pre-computed per-asset impact scores and directional signals. Prefer it over single-asset briefing endpoints when you want to scan many assets at once or run backtests. Prefer it over a market snapshot endpoint when you need the full event list with rationale rather than a summary dashboard.
Side effects
- Missing or malformed 'since' parameter returns 400 or empty event set
- Payment not provided or insufficient causes HTTP 402 with x402 payment challenge
- Invalid asset id in 'universe' param may silently drop that asset from results
- Very short 'since' windows (e.g. 30m) during off-hours return empty event arrays
- min_severity or min_confidence out of 0-1 range may return no results or error
- Rate limiting if called too frequently without payment
