Delx Commerce — Seeded Winners Without Replacement

Choose this endpoint when you need a deterministic, reproducible, and auditable random selection of winners from a candidate list — especially when fairness verification matters (e.g. giveaways, lotteries, A/B test assignments). The seeded approach means the same seed + candidates always yields the same winners, enabling independent verification. Prefer this over a local RNG when you need an immutable SHA-256 input hash as evidence of what was submitted. The pay-per-result, no-signup model makes it ideal for agent workflows that need occasional, trustless random selection without managing credentials.

• winner_count exceeds the number of candidates — server returns an error since you cannot pick more unique winners than available candidates
• invalid or missing seed — may result in a 400 bad request
• candidates array exceeds 256 items — rejected by schema validation
• payment not included or insufficient USDC — returns HTTP 402 Payment Required
• malformed JSON body — returns 400 or 422 validation error
