Side effects
- Malformed entry object causes a 400-level error if required fields are missing or types are wrong
- Priority values outside 0.0–1.0 range may return valid:false rather than an error
- Non-URL values in loc field will return valid:false with appropriate evidence
- Oversized entry objects exceeding 128 properties will be rejected
- Payment failure via x402 protocol results in 402 Payment Required before processing begins
