Side effects
- Invalid chunk_size (0 or >20000) returns a validation error
- overlap >= chunk_size causes a parameter conflict error
- Non-UTF-8 or malformed text body may return a 400 bad request
- Payment failure or insufficient USDC balance on Base/Solana blocks the call with a 402 response
- Empty text string may return a chunk_count of 0 with an empty chunks array
