Side effects
- Image exceeds 6 MiB decoded size — returns an error indicating the input limit was exceeded
- Invalid base64 encoding or unsupported image format — returns a parse or format error
- max_dimension value not in the allowed enum [256,512,768,1024,1536,2048] — returns a validation error
- quality value outside the 40–95 range — returns a validation error
- Payment not received or insufficient USDC balance — returns a 402 Payment Required response
- Network timeout or server error — returns a 5xx response with no receipt issued
