How this service works

The only route in this API that writes. Use it when the decision has to be defensible to a third party (a dispute, an audit, a counterparty report); the plain lookup is cheaper when it does not.

Returns the wallet's full ERC-8004 reputation decomposition (score, rating breakdown, distinct raters) alongside a newly created persistent audit row containing the inputs_digest (a hash of the data used), the policy_version applied, and a timestamp — forming a durable, citable receipt that can be referenced in future disputes, audits, or counterparty reports.
