Screen a person, company or vessel name against the US Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list AND its alias file - aliases matter, because a sanctioned party usually trades under an aka. Each match carries a deterministic score, the sanctions programme, and whether the hit was a primary name or an alias. The response lists which lists were searched and which were not: a name-similarity search, not a compliance determination.

A JSON object listing scored matches against the OFAC SDN list and its alias file. Each match includes a similarity score (0–1), the sanctions programme name, whether the hit is a primary name or alias, and metadata about which lists were searched versus not searched. Also includes a unit count and cache status.

Side effects
- Name not found: empty match list returned when no entries meet the minimum score threshold
- Invalid min_score value outside 0.1–1.0 range returns a validation error
