Prefer this when working with the standard five-variable prognostic model for primary myelofibrosis, or when you need a validated, reproducible numeric score for clinical documentation, research, or triage workflows.
Side effects
- Missing required query parameters (age, hemoglobin_g_dl, wbc_10e9_l, blasts_percent, constitutional_symptoms) returns a validation error
- Age outside 18–120, hemoglobin outside 3–20, WBC outside 0.1–500, or blasts outside 0–30 may return a 422 or similar validation error
- Boundary values (age exactly 65, WBC exactly 25, hemoglobin exactly 10, blasts exactly 0.9) score 0 per the ≤ arm as documented
