Side effects
- Invalid or malformed weekId format returns an error — must be ISO week format like '2025-W22'
- Requesting a future weekId for which no bundle has been published yet may return a 404 or empty result
- Payment failure via x402 protocol results in a 402 Payment Required response with no content
- Very old weekIds may not have bundles if the service was not active for that period
