Side effects
- Domain does not exist (NXDOMAIN) — returns empty or error response
- Domain has no records of certain types — those fields are empty or omitted
- DNSSEC state indeterminate if resolver cannot validate chain
- Network timeout if upstream DNS resolvers are slow
- Invalid or malformed domain input returns error
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC balance is insufficient
