Side effects
- Domain not specified or invalid — returns an error with no comparison data
- First-time call for a domain has no previous snapshot, so 'changed' cannot be determined and only the current records are returned
- DNS lookup failure due to resolver errors or NXDOMAIN returns an error state
- Snapshot older than 90 days has been purged, effectively treating the call as a first-time check
- Payment failure via x402 protocol prevents the check from running
