Side effects
- 402 Payment Required — returned before payment header is attached; caller must retry with a valid x402 payment header
- Invalid or insufficient USDC payment — payment rejected, generation not initiated
- Malformed bundle specification — missing required fields results in 400 error
- Network timeout for large bundles — retry may be needed for complex multi-part requests
- Payment confirmed but generation failed — internal server error, refund behavior undefined
