How this service works
Base USDC payment-verification tools. /verify is free; /statement is paid, settled in USDC on Base (x402). Pay by sending USDC to the address in the 402 challenge, then retry with header X-PAYMENT-TX: <tx hash>. Introductory pricing through 17 Oct 2026 on /statement (0.15 USDC normally) — see the 402 response for the current amount.
Output
Returns a JSON object indicating whether the transaction settled (settled: true/false), the transaction hash, and the actual USDC amount found in the transaction (amount_found_usdc). Allows agents to programmatically gate actions on confirmed on-chain payment receipt.

Side effects
- Transaction hash not found on Base — returns settled: false or 404

- Network latency or unconfirmed transaction — may return unsettled even if payment is in-flight
