Free download endpoint. Requires the token returned by /v1/ascii-glyph-video. 24h TTL.
Output
Returns the rendered MP4 binary file containing the Speakeasy-style ASCII glyph animation. The file is available for 24 hours after rendering (TTL). The agent receives a downloadable MP4 video where each frame's luminance has been converted to a character grid animation.

Use this endpoint after calling /v1/ascii-glyph-video to render a video — this is the retrieval step in the two-step render-then-download flow. Choose this when you have a valid glyphId and token from the render step and need to obtain the actual MP4 file. Do not use this to initiate a render; it only retrieves an already-rendered output within its 24-hour TTL window.
Side effects
- Token expired (>24h TTL): 401 or 403 error indicating the token is no longer valid
- Invalid or mismatched token/glyphId: authentication or not-found error
- GlyphId does not exist: 404 not found if the render job ID is wrong
- Render not yet complete: may return 404 or processing status if called too early
- Network timeout on large file download
