Create a private 24-hour test email inbox. Includes three attachment-free messages, exact sender and optional subject matching, OTP/link extraction, and authenticated reads and waits. One payment per inbox; save a client-generated access token before purchase for recovery.
Output
Returns an inbox identifier and confirmation that the inbox has been created. Subsequent authenticated requests using the access token as a Bearer token allow reading received messages, waiting for incoming mail, extracting OTP codes or qualifying HTTPS links from message bodies, and deleting the inbox. Inbox expires after 24 hours and accepts up to three attachment-free messages.

Side effects
- Invalid access token format (not 64 lowercase hex chars) returns validation error

- otp_length outside 4–8 range returns validation error
