Side effects
- Individual URL fetch failure returns a per-item error field rather than crashing the batch
- URLs exceeding the 20-item limit may be rejected or truncated
- Pages with no buttons return an empty list for that item
- Network timeouts on individual URLs increment the failure count
- Malformed or unreachable URLs produce per-item errors without affecting other results
