Use this endpoint when you have a list of 2–20 URLs and need FAQ data from all of them efficiently in a single API call. It is the right choice over calling the single /page/faq endpoint repeatedly because it processes URLs concurrently and returns results in input order with per-item error handling, making it ideal for batch enrichment pipelines, content audits, or knowledge base construction workflows where partial failures should not block the whole batch.

• Individual URL is unreachable or returns a non-200 status — per-item error field is populated, failure count incremented
• URL has no detectable FAQ section — item may return empty results or an error
• More than 20 URLs submitted — request may be rejected or truncated
• Malformed URL in the input list — per-item error returned for that item
• Timeout on a slow-loading page — that item fails with an error, others still return
