Choose this endpoint when you need to programmatically access Instagram stories for a specific user without OAuth credentials, Instagram API access, or a developer account. It is ideal for AI agents doing social media monitoring, influencer tracking, or competitive analysis that need per-call pay-as-you-go access with no subscription overhead. It works best when you already have the numeric Instagram user ID.

• User ID not found or account does not exist — returns empty result or 404-style error
• User account is private — stories may not be accessible, returns access-restricted error
