Use this endpoint when you have already submitted a health data source (lab panel, genetic file, or wearable sync) and need to retrieve the resulting normalized observations by source ID. Prefer this over re-submitting data when the source already exists. This is the read step in a submit → read → analyze → action-plan workflow.
Side effects
- Source ID not found or does not belong to the paying wallet — returns empty or 404-equivalent
- Invalid or missing source ID format — returns schema validation error
- Payment not received or insufficient USDC — x402 payment required error
- Source still processing — observations array may be empty or incomplete
- Wallet mismatch — source owned by a different wallet returns unauthorized
