Output
Returns a JSON object with a count of processed records and an attestations array. Each attestation includes: a unique attestation_id, ed25519 signature over the content hash, the content_hash (SHA of prompt+response+model_id+timestamp), a receipt_url for later retrieval, a private receipt_token, the signer_pubkey, model_id, notarized_at timestamp, an anchor object showing Solana anchoring status (pending/confirmed), and a payload_stored flag indicating whether the payload was persisted server-side.

Side effects
