Prefer sibling endpoints (neighbor lookup, BM25/vector search, function similarity) when you only need a subset of nodes or a targeted query. This endpoint is best for bulk analysis, visualization, full dependency audits, or training/ingestion pipelines that need the entire graph.
Side effects
- Missing or invalid repository identifier returns a 404 not found error
- Response payload may be extremely large for large repositories, potentially causing timeout or memory issues
