Sponge: Z-Image Task Status List

Use this endpoint when you need to poll or monitor the state of previously submitted Z-Image text-to-image generation jobs. Choose this over individual task status endpoints when you want a full overview of all tasks at once rather than checking a single task by ID.

• No tasks found — returns empty list if no Z-Image tasks have been submitted
• Authentication/payment failure — x402 payment not processed, returns 402 or 401
• Gateway timeout — paysponge.com proxy unavailable, returns 5xx
• Rate limiting — too many requests, returns 429
