Sponge: Change Camera – List Tasks

Use this endpoint when you need to check the status of previously submitted Change Camera image jobs via the Sponge/Freepik x402 proxy, particularly for polling job completion or auditing queued tasks. Prefer this over direct Freepik API calls when using the x402 payment proxy infrastructure.

• No tasks found — returns empty list if none have been submitted
