Side effects
- Invalid or malformed transaction hash returns an error
- Transaction not found on the specified chain returns empty or error response
- Incorrect chain ID causes lookup on wrong network returning no result
- Transaction still pending (not yet mined) may return no receipt status
- Network or upstream Etherscan API unavailability causes timeout or 5xx error
