Prefer this over hardcoding a specific provider when the task category is known but the best provider is not.
Side effects
- No providers found matching query and filters — returns empty result set
- Query too vague — may return loosely relevant providers
- min_payers too high — filters out all available providers
- max_price_usd too low — no providers under that ceiling
- Payment via x402 fails — 402 response if USDC payment not completed
- Query string exceeds 300 character limit — validation error
