Side effects
- Invalid or unrecognized ticker symbol returns an error field in the quote object with status other than 'ok'
- Missing 'symbols' query parameter causes a 400-level error

- Payment failure (insufficient USDC balance or x402 auth issue) blocks the request
- Symbols for non-equity or unsupported asset types may return null fields for exchange or MIC
