Choose this endpoint when you specifically need Unicode Braille dot art output from an image — ideal for terminal displays, braille-compatible renderers, or stylized text art in braille character sets. Prefer over ASCII art endpoints when the target medium supports Unicode Braille block characters (U+2800–U+28FF) and you want higher dot density than ASCII can provide.
Side effects
- Invalid or malformed base64 image string returns an error
- Unsupported image format (not PNG, JPEG, or WEBP) may fail
- Width value too large may produce oversized output or timeout
- Threshold out of 0-255 range may be rejected
