Returns the event logs one contract emitted on Gnosis Chain over the last N blocks, read with eth_getLogs. Takes address (contract, 0x + 40 hex), optional topic0 (event signature hash, 0x + 64 hex) and optional blocks (1-100, default 10). Query: address (contract, 0x + 40 hex), topic0 (optional event signature hash, 0x + 64 hex), blocks (optional, last N blocks, 1-100 (default 10)).
Output
Returns a JSON object with an array of up to 200 event logs (each containing topics, data, block number, transaction hash, and log index), total log count, from_block and to_block range, and a truncated flag indicating if the result was capped. On error, an error string is included and ok is false.

Side effects
