Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent place ID returns empty items array (not charged)
- Place URL not publicly accessible returns empty result (not charged)
- maxReviews capped at 5 — requests for more will be silently capped
- Language code not supported may fall back to default English
- Keyword filter yields no matching reviews — empty items returned (not charged)
- Rate limiting or scraping blocks from Google Maps may return empty result
