Current top Hacker News stories with score, comment count, author, and link — a real-time pulse of what the tech community is discussing. Filter ?min_significance=7 for the biggest stories only.
Output
A JSON array of Hacker News story change objects, each containing a title, source URL, summary, author, significance score (1–10), detection timestamp, and entity ID. Also includes a total count and source label. Stories are ranked by significance and can be filtered to only the most newsworthy items.

Side effects
- No stories returned if min_significance threshold is set too high (e.g. 10) and no stories meet that bar
- Empty result set if 'since' timestamp is very recent and no new stories have appeared
- Rate limiting or payment failure (402) if USDC payment is not correctly attached
- Invalid date-time format for 'since' parameter returns a 400 error
- limit parameter out of range (below 1 or above 500) causes validation error
