Prefer it over sitemap.xml parsing when the site does not maintain a sitemap, or when you need to verify what is actually publicly accessible rather than what is declared.
Side effects
- Target website blocks crawling (403 or bot protection) — returns error
- Invalid or unreachable URL — returns connection error
