Headless Oracle Exchange Status Receipt

Use this endpoint when you need a cryptographically verifiable, tamper-proof attestation of a stock exchange's current trading status — especially for automated trading systems, compliance audit trails, or any workflow where a signed proof-of-state is required rather than just an informal status check. Prefer this over unofficial market calendar APIs when you need non-repudiable evidence of market state at a specific moment, or when downstream consumers need to independently verify the receipt's authenticity via Ed25519 signature.

• Invalid or unsupported MIC code — the mic query parameter must be one of the 27 enumerated ISO 10383 codes
• Expired receipt — expires_at is 60 seconds after issued_at; consumers must reject receipts past this window
• Signature verification failure — if the Ed25519 signature does not verify against the public key, the receipt must be rejected
• Payment failure — the x402 micropayment of $0.001 USDC must be successfully processed before a receipt is issued
• UNKNOWN status returned — indicates the oracle cannot determine state; must be treated as CLOSED per fail-closed contract
• Network timeout — the real-time endpoint may be unreachable in rare cases
