Side effects
- Invalid or malformed EVM address returns a validation error
- ENS name that does not resolve returns a name-not-found error
- Network timeout or RPC unavailability may cause a 5xx response
- ENS name with no primary address set returns an empty resolution error
- Address with zero balances still returns successfully with zero values
