Side effects
- Invalid or malformed wallet address returns an error or empty result
- Wallet with no open positions returns an empty positions array
- Address not found on Hyperliquid returns a 404 or empty response
- Network or upstream Hyperliquid API unavailability causes a timeout or 503
- Payment failure (x402) blocks the request if 0.1 USDC is not provided
