Pay-per-call via x402 (USDC on Base or Solana) or MPP (USDC on Base).

Returns a JSON object with: the interval used, UTC timestamp, number of coins scanned, a market breadth string (e.g. '69 of 147 coins bullish'), bullish/bearish/neutral counts, and an array of coin objects each containing pair, exchange, price, signal (bullish/bearish/neutral), cloud_position (above_cloud/below_cloud/in_cloud), tenkan_kijun_cross status, and cloud_distance_percent (positive = above cloud, negative = below). Array is sorted strongest bullish first, strongest bearish last. Also includes a list of skipped pairs with reasons.

Side effects
- Invalid interval value returns error — must be one of the 14 supported enum values
- Invalid signal filter value returns error — must be bullish, bearish, or neutral
- External exchange data unavailable may cause some coins to be skipped (listed in skipped array)
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC payment of $0.10 is not completed
- Rate limiting if called too frequently
